Colm,
We have several projects that we are going to undertake in the Asian markets and wonder if your courses are also relevant for real estate development projects in the different part of the world.
Would like to request for the list down of topics & sub-topics for "Residential Real Estate Development" book for our consideration to get a copy.
Regards,
Rudy
Hello Rudy,
The Content headings of my courses are listed on my home page under Course Contents on the left hand side navigation bar - about half way down.
However to save you the bother of going there I have copied them down below.
On you other question asking if my course works in other parts of the world; the answer is yes. But let me explain.
The only difference between developing real estate in my Town, State or Country and yours are the local town planning and building codes.
So in one location the town plan may allow you to erect 10 units or town-houses and in another only 8 on the same sized lot of land.
In one location, say Canada or parts of the US the building code is more concerned with insulation that keeps the cold out and in my State we are more concerned with keeping the heat out and the house cool inside; Get It?
The actual real estate development process and procedure are the same all over the modern world and that is why I am able to teach it in over 106 countries.
Hope this helps you.
