Just invested in a closed PPO (private placement offering) in one of many projects they are going to build in Canada. The project is amazing as it allows us investors to gain $1.60 in present day asset appraised value of Income R.E. for each $1 invested. They have some roll back system where the Governments in Canada will kick in .60cents in value to the investors for every $1 they invest. Only wish I had more funds to buy into other projects they will be doing in other Canadian locations.
