Real Estate Development Joint Venture

by Tony
(UK)

I have the land and want to develop a residential and community development, but it was refused by the Local Council.

I wonder if I can get the information on how to proceed for the joint venture with local council.

Hi Tony,

Finding a Joint Venture partner is not the correct step to take after you have been refused Council Approval for your proposed real estate development.

When you received the refusal letter there would be a series of reasons set out telling you why the refused your application. Until I know those I cannot go much further in my reply to you.

Before to lodged your application, did you comply with the check list that Councils issue to you for the submission of an application. That is things to include and in what format.

Was you land Zoned correctly for your proposed use of the land?

Was your drawn plan prepared by an architect in conjunction with a Town Planner.

There are a stack of things to cover, whick I cover in my teaching material; have you studied my Real Estate Development Made Easy e-books, as they contain the material you need to proceed?

Hope this helps.
