My Dream and My Desire for a Better Life.

by Matt Schwab
(Ohio)

Hello Mr. Dillon,
My name is Matt, and I have a dream. A dream that one day I can build a better life for myself and my wife. For the last 20 years I've been working to make someone else rich. If I keep doing what I'm doing, that's all that will ever happen. The bills get paid, and we have a nice life, but why should I be content with that?

I know there's more out there for the person who's willing to take a chance. There are big risks, but the big rewards don't come without risk, do they? I have an idea that I know can work. I've seen how succesful the concept is in my hometown, and there's noting like it where we live now.

If it works there, it should work here. All that remains is for someone to build it and market the concept in this area. My dream is to make that happen. Maybe your course will be the second step in making that dream reality.

Sincerely, Matt Schwab

Hi Matt,

Jumping outside your comfort zone is one of the hardest things for most people. It is that sense of the unknown ... and of course fear of failure.

Analyze yourself and your attitudes and that of your family, as you will need then to be behind you ... as both success and failure affects their life as well.

If your concept has already worked in your town, I would go about doing a feasibility study of the entire project as per how I set it out in mt e-course.

If it achieves the minimum ROI I set out then you have a great basis for making a positive decision.

Don't ignore the current economic climate and as I set out, an investigation into the financu=ing of your concept.

Good luck.

Colm Dillon
