Hey Colm,

I completely agree. From what I have experienced, I would recommend working with someone who has prior experience in the development industry and learning with some real hands-on people to get started into your first project. Or, as another course, possibly working with a real estate broker to learn about developer out-sales.

Its taken me about 20 months to get to the point where I would be comfortable doing my first project but I'm here and I learned all from other clients. Learn from those who have made the mistakes and go for broke (or riches).

Good luck,
Jesse

Hi Jesse,

Thank you for your contribution. Having studied my material and then being abole to work in a real estate environment your can see the application of the teaching in your everyday working life and that gives you such a boost to maintain 'the path.'

Bye,

Colm
