Commercial Course First?

Hello Mr. Dillon,

I am interested in commercial real estate development much more so than residential. Could I only buy the commercial or is your residential book the first book in the series, therefore containing fundamental knowledge that the commercial course builds off of?

You can buy each course individually. So if Commercial Development is your interest you can buy it and in it I concentrates for the entire course on Commercial Development.
