Real Estate Development in Bulgaria

Till 1989, the architects, the engineers and the surveyors, worked together, in project teams, in specialized institutes, for the economic branches. The projects were supervised to be in compliance with the norms, regulations of the territory and economy development. The investments in project has been calculated. In the special part, every project has been valuated, in 5-10 years periods, for returns of investments. The projects has been approved by the Technical Expert Councils. The projects has been presented in front the Bulgarian Central Bank. After approval, they have been put in executions, in terms. In terms, the constructions have been accepted and financed by the Bulgarian Central Bank. The architects and engineers supervised the constructions and buildings, which have been accomplished by the specialized construction organizations.

The lists, of the qualified participants in the investment projects, for the territory and property development, is possible to be found in the organizations, I am listing bellow. It is public information.

In 2002, I was one of the founder-members, in its constituent assembly, after 13 years silence about the professional activities and qualifications. Till 2006, I was a volunteer member. Till 1989, I had 11 years work experience, in technical and investment projects, for combines and plants, for electric trucks, buses, cars, ships, machines, vehicles, cranes. This branch, of our economy, do not exist now. In the period 1989-2008, I am an entrepreneur, as a consultant in projects, licensed appraiser of properties and enterprises, manager of some properties, court expert in some penalty cases, supervisor in reconstructions and 2 small buildings, regular student in Law 2002-2006.
