Boutique Hotel Real Estate Development?

A boutique hotel in design terms can vary from 12 individual residential structures set in a beautiful landscaped setting to a six story building with two luxury suites per floor.

So allowing for such a variation, you are essentially developing 12 residential accommodation living spaces that each contain 'room space' and bathrooom/ toilet space.

Because the end owner elects to rent the space out as a hotel makes no difference to the development - it is a residential development.

Why am I making this distinction?

Because if you are building an apartment building you are building esentially the same as a boutique hotel, except the apartments contain more of the space element.

The exception being instead of building 12 kitchens you will build one large one.

So the Residential Real Estate Development Made Easy course is the way to go.
