A Man with a Dream to be Successful In Life...

For a long time, I have been amazed with architectural design.

I have been building houses and doing all sorts of remodeling jobs from a young age. My Papa taught me how to fix things, even thought we didn't always have the right tools, he taught how to improvise and deal with what I had. He could fix anything and I think that he passed his skills onto me.


It was when I was a teenager that I realized that I could fix anything I got my hands on. Common sense and the ability to see the bigger picture have been my major guides.


For example, when People come across a flat piece of land, they see nothing but dirt and grass, but in my eyes, I see potential. I see potential for affordable housing for families or a hospital or a shopping mall, movie theater, thats what i see.


Ever since I was young, i always looked at the architecture of magnificent structures and I just want to be able to leave a mark in this world. I want to be part of building things like those.


A long time ago, my Papa told me this, "Don't ever let anyone discourage you from your dreams, you can do ANYTHING that you put your mind to!"

Sorry for the delay in responding to your most welcome comments that align very much with my own.


Having the dream of creating something permanent and seeing it all come together as a finished building that will be standing for another 100+ years is awesome.


So your emotions are in th eright place, all you need are the necessary skills now to put a development all together by yourself and that is what my courses have been doing for people in over 100 countries now for the past six years.


There is no real mistery about real estate development. Indeed most people are really happy to find out that there is such a thing as a process to follow ... I have even set out in my courses a "development work flow chart" as well as a description of how it all comes together.
